By booking services from Evolve TechCon Ltd (the Consultancy) you (the Client) agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. The Consultant agrees to treat all work undertaken for the Client as strictly confidential at all times and will not at any time for any reason disclose or permit to be disclosed or otherwise make use of any information related to the Client’s technology, technical processes, business affairs or finances where knowledge of the information was received during the period of this engagement or in pursuance of this training unless specifically authorised by the Client in writing.
The Client will provide the Consultancy with current and legal software licenses in order to carry out the training. Due to licensing restrictions we are not able to provide licenses for these courses. You must have access to a current and legal software license in order to be able to get the full benefit from these sessions.
All bookings have a "cooling off" period of 14 days within which you may cancel your booking for any reason. This period begins once the Client's Order is accepted and the Consultancy has sent an Order Confirmation, i.e. when the Contract between the Client and the Consultancy is formed.
The Client will be liable for 50% of the fees if a booking is cancelled or postponed within one month of the scheduled date. The Client will be liable for the full fees if a booking is cancelled or postponed within two weeks of the scheduled date.
Please note that these courses are typically held for existing Evolve clients only but have been opened to wider attendance to provide aid and support during these unprecedented times. The contents are generic but may be angled towards company-specific workflows at times.
