All purchases have a “cooling off” period of 14 days within which you may cancel your purchase for any reason provided the digital content has not been downloaded.

Purchase must be through a valid business email address. The Customer should contact the Consultancy within 14 days of download to arrange the consultancy time. The consultancy time will be provided solely at the Consultancy’s discretion.
