Following the success of our previous BIM Awareness and BIM Strategy open workshops, we are please to announce a new open BIM training day.
BIM TRAINING AIMED AT DESIGN PROFESSIONALS OF ALL LEVELS
If you're looking for help in understanding what BIM means to your company, this training day is for you! As the UK Government’s deadline for adoption of Level 2 BIM draws closer, and the private sector follows suit, it is important to be prepared. Even if you know what Level 2 BIM actually is, it may be that others in your organisation don’t. Not only that, they do not realise the implications for the projects they are working on. That’s why we’re holding an open, one day BIM TRAINING COURSE.
When? Tuesday 09/12/2014.
Where? Central London
Who should attend? The day is open to everyone and anyone: clients, contractors, architects, engineers, students, project managers. We encourage more than one person from each company to attend.
What’s the plan? This is not your normal training course. We’ll lead you through a series of discussions and exercises designed to help you apply the implications of BIM to your own office practices. You will go away with an action plan totally and utterly tailored to your needs.
What will we cover? Everything essential to understand what BIM means to you:
- The UK Government BIM initiative & world-wide developments
- BS1192:2007 and the Common Data Environment
- PAS1192-2:2013, EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP and all the other acronyms you care to think of
- BIM protocols
- BIM software and collaboration
How much? Only £200 (+VAT) per person. Just fill in the attached booking form and send it back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to helping you.
